Towering Chocolate Malt Cake
Dry
3 1/2 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 Cups Malted Milk (Ovaltine works wonders)
1 Package Chocolate Instant Pudding
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon of Baking Soda
Wet
1 14 oz Can of Coconut Milk
1 1/2 Cups water
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Oil (I have used Coconut Oil and Veggetable Oil both work fine)
1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
Place all dry ingredients into bowl of stand mixer and mix until well incorperated.
Place all the wet ingreients into a bowl and stir together.
Divide equally between greased and floured baking pans (I usually get 4 8 inch rounds) and bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.
Top with your favorite chocolate frosting and enjoy!
